  Great location, charming lobby and overall just a really solid place to stay in NYC. Loved that they offered free water in the lobby as well as popcorn at certain time of day.

  Christmas decorations were nice. Staff was friendly. They had a band playing in the foyer on a few nights. The bathroom was nice and very clean.

  Sadly, only been a few years old it seems a shame that it’s already beginning to look used and abused. It’s not very clean especially in certain areas and the furniture it’s already showing signs of wear and tear!

  The location of the hotel was perfect, in between all the sights and very close to most of then, roughly 15-30 walk to most places. The size of the room was great with a lot of room which we worried about because we had read a lot of reviews of New York hotel rooms been extremely small, they were very clean due to the cleaners coming in every day to change bedding and provide new towels and the bed was very comfortable with hardly any outside noise which is rare for New York to be quiet The $30 spend you get is great but can be hard to use as you are never in the hotel, but it is good to use for your morning takeaway coffees! The staff are also very helpful and friendly, with always more than one person at the front desk. I would definitely stop here and also recommend the hotel to anyone

  We had some business on 23rd Street, plus my aunt lives on 24th Street, so this was a convenient location. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable and attractive.
