  Top corner unit so had rooftop deck with sun chairs. Access to private property pool. Nice, unobstructed view. Unit clean, cutely designed and updated. Could walk to a couple restaurants and bars as they are downstairs and next door. Private parking spot. Elevator. Had all dishes and pans needed. Could walk on rock wall path straight from unit to boardwalk. About a mile but very nice walk. Owner very nice person, responsive and accommodating.
