  The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our check in time was delayed due to our flight and there no issues with checking in.

  The hotel is very centrally located, just a few minutes walk from Times Square. As a base for exploring Manhattan, the location was brilliant. We also liked the breakfast room and breakfast selection with DIY waffles, bagels, cereals, eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit and more on offer every morning. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

  Staff was super friendly, especially front desk and breakfast staff. Location was amazing couple steps from Times square and Bryant park. Pretty safe area, lobby door are locked all the time which makes it feel even more safe. Rooms are small but you get everything you need and if you are in NYC you are not there to spend time in your room. Pretty decent breakfast with different options each day. Will recommend this hotel!
