The restaurant has this underground, almost cave-like atmosphere that somehow manages to feel both intimate and energetic. Even if you don’t eat there, it’s worth grabbing a drink at the bar — it’s become sort of a scene for stylish locals and hotel guests alike. The service throughout the hotel strikes that perfect balance between attentive and unobtrusive, which honestly can be hard to find in New York.
