  The lobby area is very attractive and feels welcoming and the room was a good size and comfortable. The fitness room, while compact, had a good selection of machines and weights and the continental breakfast being included was nice.   This is a great hotel. Quirky boat theme design to all rooms which are not massive but very comfortable. Robes, well stocked room fridge and bar, breakfast included and a great restaurant on site. Staff are simple excellent . Helpful with information and late checkout.
