  I have been a regular here from the last 4 yrs. The staff is the same, which shows good management. Emma and Michelle have always made an effort to make the stay memorable and comfortable Some rooms are newly renovated. The rooms with Manhattan views are the best. Good warm breakfast to start the day. Will always come back.

  Surrounding area had good Chinese food. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Front desk staff had good English and fulfilled our requests for clean towels, emptying trash bins etc. on days when cleaning was not scheduled.

  We loved the location. There are so many inexpensive restaurants and cafes around the hotel. It is very close to the subway line to go to more touristy places in NYC. The area was safe. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.
