  The place is very close to the subway and you can get to the center of NYC in 20-40 minutes, depending where you want to go. Beds are very comfortable and it’s located in a quiet area.

  The property is secured so the even if you don’t like the location the property does feel secure. The place was nice and clean you can tell the hard work that went into that property! Looks new

  The hotel is extremly clean, all the furniture look new-ish, it is close to the subway and train.

  You paid your hard earned money to book a room only to be told that is none refunded and you have to pay another $75 us for security fee, for a room with only a TV and a bed. But the sad part is that you are not given the code until you pay that $75 and because you have paid a first money that is non refunded you just have to pay the $75. I would not recommend that guesthouse to no one 😕
