  I liked the friendly staff, and the recommendations they gave. I love that it was easy to take the 1 train to the parts of the city I wanted. There is also Trader Joe’s, and CVS very close to hotel. The breakfast vouchers were awesome and so easy to use.

  Location good as we didn’t want to be in busy mid town. 10 mins on subway and you were there Quiet area. Hotel well presented and plenty of places to eat locally

  the location is excellent, very close to the city center thanks to the proximity of two metro stations that allow you to take both local and express trains, but in a very quiet and silent neighborhood. The room was quite confortable

  Hotel was nice, the complementary wine hour and breakfast vouchers were a nice touch. I found the bed comfortable. There was one member of staff in particular (Benedict) who made the experience better, they were additionally to only one to offer acknowledgement on multiple occasions and greet as we entered or left.
