  Wow, what a massive operation compared to the Mahwah setup…. but it was run very efficiently and smoothly. Free beakfast spread was wonderful, and the workout room was easy to access, spacious, and nice to use even for my young daughter.

  really good hotel. the bus station is really next to the hotel very comfy.only 30-40 min to Manhattan. the staff was very nice.

  We paid for a 57 m² Suite and were assigned a 45 m² Studio where we were forced to spend the first night because we landed almost at midnight after a delayed flight and were too exhausted to engage in a prolonged discussion with the negligent reception staff. The next day we were moved to the correct suite, but we should have been reimbursed the difference in price for the first night's accommodation in a room of a lower category than the one we paid for.
