  Great, friendly staff, going out of their way to accommodate you. Perfect location. Good breakfast, incl. make your own fresh waffles! Requests for extra towels, crib etc. all promptly honored. We would definitely come back!

  Excellent, professional, and friendly desk staff. We were touring FIT and the hotel kept our luggage for us after checkout so we didn’t have to worry about it. Great location for touring FIT. Close access to the trains. Walkable to Hamburger America. Nice breakfast and seating area, even with a lot of people in there.

  Good, central location and close to the 34th street subway station. From check-in, every employee we encountered was very nice which is a rarity in NYC. The room was clean and the breakfast was a nice selection.
