  This may have been the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed in. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I called downstairs around midnight to request an extra blanket and within 2 minutes someone knocked on my door to deliver one. I thought it would take at least 10 minutes as it usually does in hotels. Amazing service! I felt like a priority the entire trip, even thought the hotel was busy since it was a weekend. I will definitely try to stay here again.
  
  Location was also perfect, close to Penn Station, Garment district, Times Square! But tucked away on a quiet street so there was absolutely no street noise in the room.
