  Overall a good stay, especially for the price during Christmas time. Service was friendly and helpful, breakfast was much better than other continental breakfast options I have experienced in similar hotels. Takes a while to get to Manhattan by public transport but bus & subway were reliable. The airport shuttle offered by the hotel was very convenient!

  I really like the staff member at the reception. He was friendly and helpful. Because we stayed only one night and we arrived very late (after midnight) and had to leave early morning around 5 am, he did not charge us any deposit. Room was clean but small, I didn’t get a chance to sleep in bed as I had to take a shower and repacking before our early morning flight but my partner said bed was comfy. 🙂 Water pressure was good and water was warm even in the middle of the night. Also location is good if you have a flight from JFK. We also used a shuttle bus provided by the hotel.
