Here’s the thing about staying on 43rd Street – you’re close enough to Times Square that tourists feel comfortable, but far enough from the actual chaos that you can walk to your hotel without dodging Elmo costumes and ticket hawkers. Port Authority is a few blocks away, which sounds terrible but is actually convenient if you’re taking buses to the airports or need to catch NJ Transit. The subway situation is pretty ideal too – you’ve got multiple lines within a few blocks, so getting downtown or to the Upper West Side is straightforward. I’ve stayed here during both busy theater season and quieter winter months, and the staff consistently seems to know what they’re doing. Check-in is smooth, they remember your name, and they’ll actually give you useful restaurant recommendations instead of just pointing you toward the nearest Olive Garden. The whole operation feels professional without being stuffy – like they get that you want good service but don’t need someone hovering over you. That 9.1 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen; you can feel it in how the place runs. It’s the kind of spot where everything works the way it should, which honestly is rarer than you’d think in New York hotels.

  I love this hotel and would never dream of going anywhere else, I was upgraded to a Deluxe room which was a lovely surprise. The hotel staff were as helpful and attentive as always and remembered me from my previous visits. The location is excellent, the rooms and cleanliness were excellent. Excellent facilities such as breakfast and afternoon snacks. The staff can't do enough to help and assist. I can't praise the Casablanca and it's staff enough. Thank you for making my trip to New York so special again
