  Incredible communication & Wonderful stay. cutleries & toiletries included. The cost is just perfect. 6 colleagues stayed for 3 nights. we did a lot of cooking & enjoyed the stay. beds and linens were super clean and so was the bathroom. The apattment is in basement, but doesn't matter really. There is heater and AC included. 24 hours of hot water. What else can i ask for in a city like NY. Host was super responsive , that was the best part.
