  The price of the unit is more than fair and lower than other deals with less amenities. To say the unit was clean is an understatement! It was spotless! Only 250 feet from the beach is so convenient. Easy private parking in front.
  Located in beautiful and quiet Brigantine. Amenities included more than listed in ad including all bed linens pillows, baths with all linen provided. Kitchen very well stocked for all cooking needs. Appliances, plumbing and HVAC all
  performed perfectly. Seemed as everything was brand new and the units layout is outstanding. Porch,deck very nice with table and lounge chairs, spacious as well. We met the Facility and housekeeping staff who were wonderfully helpful and even checked in on us. We will definitely be returning next summer.
