Envue, Autograph Collection Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Envue, Autograph Collection, you immediately get that “wow, this is different” feeling. The lobby has this sleek, modern vibe that doesn’t feel stuffy or overly formal — it’s more like stepping into a really well-designed friend’s place, if your friend happened to have incredible taste and a serious budget. The four-star property sits right on the waterfront in Weehawken, and honestly, the views start hitting you the moment you walk through the doors.
Location Magic
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re technically in New Jersey, but Manhattan feels like it’s right there across the water. I mean, you can literally see the city skyline from pretty much everywhere in the hotel, and it’s one of those views that never gets old. The couples who stay here absolutely rave about the location (they give it a 9.6 rating, which is pretty impressive), and I get why. There’s something romantic about being just removed enough from the city chaos while still having those incredible urban views. The waterfront walkway right outside is perfect for evening strolls, and you know what? The sunsets here are actually spectacular.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows that made me feel like I was living in a postcard. The design is clean and contemporary without being cold — think comfortable modern rather than stark minimalist. What really impressed me was the attention to detail; everything from the lighting to the bathroom fixtures felt thoughtfully chosen. The beds are seriously comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the blackout curtains actually work, which is a blessing when you want to sleep in after a late night in the city.
Dining and Amenities
The American breakfast here is solid — not groundbreaking, but definitely satisfying with good coffee and fresh options that’ll fuel your day. The restaurant has that same waterfront view magic, so even a simple meal feels special when you’re watching boats drift by. One thing that’s genuinely helpful is the private parking situation — if you’re driving in this area, you’ll appreciate not having to hunt for a spot or deal with confusing garage situations. It’s one of those practical perks that makes everything smoother.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back here isn’t just one thing — it’s how everything works together. You get that Manhattan skyline drama without the Manhattan prices and crowds. The staff actually seems to care about making your stay good, not just checking boxes. Recent guests consistently mention how the location exceeded their expectations, and I think it’s because this place gives you the best of both worlds. You’re close enough to hop into the city whenever you want, but you also have this peaceful waterfront retreat to come back to. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you made a smart choice.

It‘s the excellent hotel. Before I arrive, I send messages about simple questions and they answered 2 weeks later. While I stayed they forgot to clean coffee machine 3 times. Sometimes they forgot pillows to put on bed.
