  Clean, nice staff. Breakfast is self-serve and not that big but delicious. Waffles were really good. Coffee was good.

  The room of a decent size was clean. Beds are comfortable and big (I was in a 2 beds apartment), so they occupy a big part of the room. TV is working with around 30-40 channels. There is a small gym for a very basic workout.
  
  The breakfast is the same every morning. There are: cold boiled eggs or omelet, sausage or small burger, different kinds of bread, croissant, coffee, tea, juices, milk, cereals, fruits, and a machine for waffles.
  
  The area is quiet. One side of a hotel is overlooking the cemetery (this can be both positive and negative 🙂 ).
  
  Just across the street there's a bus stop for the transport towards Manhattan. On weekdays, it runs every 30 minutes, on weekends every hour.
  The taxi ride from and to JFK were around 60$ each by Uber. Taxi to Manhattan is around 40$, also Uber.
  
  They keep your luggage after checkout if needed free of charge.
