The room I stayed in was clean and functional — nothing fancy, but everything worked properly, which is more than I can say for some pricier places I’ve been. The beds are actually comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the air conditioning keeps up even during those brutal New York summers. What impressed me was the attention to maintenance — everything felt well-kept rather than just recently renovated.

  We chose this hotel because hotels closer to Manhattan during the Christmas season were really expensive. It's located further away from Manhattan, approximately 40 minutes ride, but we were aware of it, so no big deal. Beds were comfortable, room was also quite spacious. I'd say overall, it was a great value for money.
