  Very good value for money for accommodation in New York. Comfortable apartment, well equipped (including excellent wifi & microwave oven) and very clean. Calm neighborhood. Shops and services (including supermarket and post office) within walking distance. Crown Hts-Utica Ave subway station (MTA lines 2, 3 & 4) a few minutes by bus or 15 minutes on foot (bus stop line B17 near the apartment and line B46 5 minutes walk). It takes a good hour to get to Times Square. But if your housing budget is limited, this is a very good opportunity. And Lexia is a very friendly host and available to help you if needed.
