It’s the kind of place where you can roll up with your suitcase after a long flight and actually feel like you’ve arrived somewhere special, not just another cookie-cutter hotel room.

Location & Neighborhood

Honestly, the location is probably the hotel’s biggest selling point — and I mean that in the best possible way. You’re right in the heart of SoHo, which means you can walk to some of the city’s best shopping, galleries, and restaurants without dealing with subway transfers or expensive cab rides. The cast-iron architecture surrounding you is iconic New York, and you’re close enough to Little Italy and Chinatown that you can easily explore multiple neighborhoods on foot. I’ve stayed here a couple times, and couples especially seem to love wandering these cobblestone streets together — there’s something romantic about SoHo in the evening when the gallery lights are still on.

The Room Experience

The rooms at this three-star property are well-designed for the space they’re working with — and let’s be real, space is always at a premium in Manhattan. What impressed me most was how they’ve managed to make relatively compact rooms feel functional rather than claustrophobic. The beds are comfortable (which matters more than you’d think after walking around the city all day), and the bathrooms are modern and clean. Sure, you’re not getting massive suites here, but everything you need is thoughtfully arranged, and the windows actually let in decent natural light.

Breakfast & Practical Details

The continental breakfast setup works well for what it is — nothing fancy, but it gets the job done before you head out to explore. I actually prefer this approach in a neighborhood like SoHo where you’re surrounded by amazing cafes and bakeries. Why spend your morning eating hotel pastries when you could grab a proper New York bagel from a local spot? The staff has always been helpful with neighborhood recommendations, which is worth more than an elaborate breakfast buffet in my opinion.
