  Staff was really friendly with great way of hospitality, very supportive. Our room was ready , took no time to check in. location was great, less than 5 min to Metro station, all facilities are near by the hotel. First day the heater wasn’t working good, changed the room for us very fast.

  The location was perfect for me, easy access to tourist attractions such as the World Trade Center, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown and Little Italy. Breakfast is a must-to-have, I missed it.

  The location is excellent, right by the Fulton Street subway station that has many lines. The WTC and Brooklyn Bridge are a short walk away. The room was clean (and cleaned/tidied daily) and all right. We got a mini-fridge on request that the staff just brought up and put in a corner.
