  The staff were always kind and friendly, it was our anniversary trip so… I ordered a cake, and it was perfect and delicious, also the view from our room was incredible, very clean and super comfortable bed, the ubication its perfect. Definitely would stay again here.

  Famous property in central location, perfect walk to Broadway and Times Square. Gold room for breakfast and fantastic views.

  Beautiful, elegant hotel near Rockefeller Center. Lovely views of Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs when family came to visit. The lounge is the best place to enjoy a quiet drink from Troubles Trust, which can get noisy. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Lobby and bars are lovely-check out the Gold Room!
