  The hotel has a great retro artsy look. Very good location. The suite is huge but the bathroom is rather small and less comfortable. Hotel stuff are helpful

  This property is in a great location. Much of what we wanted to see was in walking distance. There are several subway stations within a few minutes walk as well. The hotel is very clean. The room service is good. I really liked that. This was not like one of those chain hotels. It was a little quirky this, may not be to everybody’s taste. However, we particularly enjoyed this feature as it made it a bit different. It made us feel like we were really in New York as opposed to an anonymous hotel which could’ve been anywhere in the world..

  The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring NYC, with easy access to major attractions. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the subway at Grand Central makes getting around hassle-free. The staff was friendly and helpful, which enhanced the experience.   Extremely convenient and friendliest staff! Wow! The bed was incredible!!! Great view! Room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was perfect. Will definitely be back. Perfect walking distance to lots of attractions and restaurants!
