  Great location, close to subway. Great view of the Empire State building from my room and the roof terrace. Lovely staff, very helpful and kind. Quiet hotel, free coffee, water and pastry in the morning.

  The hotel was modest but had character, and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent, close to public transport and within walking distance of many amenities. The room was a reasonable size for New York, and the bathroom was well equipped, with a very spacious shower. I loved the free daily token for coffee, pastry & water at the hotel. Right next door there are an excellent restaurant and a fabulous cafe/bar. And just a couple of blocks away, a very convenient pizza place for quick takeaways.

  Amazing staff – very helpful, friendly. They’re a credit to the hotel – particularly on front desk Loved the views from our room – we could see the Empire State Building Great location. Walking distance to MSG and Times Square, High Line, Hudson Yards, Chelsea, Greenwich & West Village. Great subway access for uptown and downtown Cosy rooms. Nice furnishings and great shower. The chips that you can cash in for coffee, pastry and water each morning. A lovely touch
