  My husband and I have very little chances to get away, so when this chance came up, we took it knowing that most of the Boardwalk was closed. We had stayed at Montgomery Bay about 15 years ago and it was not nearly as nice as it is now! We really enjoyed this quiet, off-season stay in Wildwood!! The hotel room was spotless! The bathroom was recently renovated and it too was VERY clean! A nice hot shower was so relaxing! The room overlooked the boardwalk and when in season, the outdoor pool! We stayed in the superior room which had two full size beds and a WONDERFUL kitchenette that was furnished with a brand new stove and refrigerator! We loved being able to make coffee and tea all morning an night long! The staffing was wonderful as we were greeted with a kind woman behind the counter who even warned us how much we were going to love the room. She was right! The access to the boardwalk was perfect! Three floors down and out the front of the lobby! Also, they have gem of a place to eat, Adams! The service there was lovely and the food, amazing! They had a great menu with reasonable prices, not typical shore town prices!
