  The room was clean, comfortable, everything you need was there, all the equipment worked. The location is not far from the center, quite quiet. The staff is very nice. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

  Great location in a lively neighbourhood, that’s the reason why we choose for the “hotel” The staff at the sisterlocation (for the bagage storage) was very helpfull and friendly

  Nice location to explore downtown Manhatthan and Brooklyn. Local vibes. Close to lots of popular bars and eateries, Chinatown, bridges towards Brooklyn. Easy to get to train station. The lady doing room service was very helpful and kind. Did not receive any access email after check-in, keep messaging the hotel but did not get any reply. Luckily she was there to help when I arrive. The room is equipped with kettle, fridge, oven and cooking equipment. Did not use them though.
