  First of all, the staff folks were uniformly excellent. All of them. Courteous, helpful and accommodating. Facilities are great and simple, and everything works. High value and low stress – ideal for work travel.

  The hotel location was very good being a short walk to Times Square, 5th Avenue shops and attractions like the Rockafeller Centre. There are some excellent pubs, delies, and convenience stores nearby and close to subway stations. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
