  I love this hotel and would never dream of going anywhere else, I was upgraded to a Deluxe room which was a lovely surprise. The hotel staff were as helpful and attentive as always and remembered me from my previous visits. The location is excellent, the rooms and cleanliness were excellent. Excellent facilities such as breakfast and afternoon snacks. The staff can’t do enough to help and assist. I can’t praise the Casablanca and it’s staff enough. Thank you for making my trip to New York so special again
