Best Western Queens Court Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Best Western Queens Court, you immediately get that reliable, no-nonsense vibe that makes this three-star hotel work so well for travelers who want comfort without the fuss. It’s not trying to be something it’s not — just a solid place to stay in Flushing that gets the basics right. The lobby feels welcoming enough, and honestly, the staff here seems to genuinely care about making your stay smooth, which you notice right away.
Location That Actually Works
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re right in the heart of Queens, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming like Manhattan can. The 39th Avenue location puts you walking distance from some incredible authentic Asian food (I mean, this is Flushing after all), and you’re actually close to Flushing Meadows Corona Park if you want some green space. Couples seem to really get this location — they consistently rate it over 8 out of 10, and I can see why. You’ve got subway access that’ll get you into the city, but you can also explore one of NYC’s most diverse neighborhoods without the tourist crowds.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d expect from a well-run Best Western — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Nothing fancy, but the bed was actually really good, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which, trust me, matters in a Queens summer). You get the standard amenities you need, plus little touches that show they pay attention to details. The bathrooms are updated enough that you’re not dealing with ancient fixtures, and there’s decent space to spread out your stuff.
Breakfast and Dining
The continental breakfast here is honestly better than it needs to be — they do both continental and buffet style, so you’ve got options depending on how hungry you are. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety, and they keep it well-stocked even during busy periods. There’s no on-site restaurant for dinner, but honestly, you’re in Flushing — step outside and you’ll find some of the best Korean, Chinese, and Latin American food in the city within a few blocks.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
What really tells you something about a place is when people return, and this hotel has way more repeat guests than most properties in the area. I think it’s because they’ve figured out that sweet spot between value and quality — you’re not paying Manhattan prices, but you’re getting reliable service and a genuinely useful location. The parking situation is manageable too, which anyone who’s tried to park in NYC will appreciate. It’s the kind of place where everything just works the way it should, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re traveling.

location is amazing: downtown flushing. near many bus stops and subway station is a five minute walk. lots of places to eat nearby. free breakfast is no frills but good nonetheless. bed is comfortable.
Clarence from Canada (8/10)
The location, the simplicity and general efficiency of everything in the hotel.
Palacios from United States (8/10)
Clean and confronted
Ira from United States (8/10)
What I liked is that the room was comfortable. There was no cleaning or restocking during our 4 day stay so we had to ask for coffee pods and cups. The room was quiet and we felt secure.
Pramathadhip from India (6/10)
The hotel did not meet my expectations; the room’s floor was in disrepair, and the shower alternated between extreme cold and extreme hot with no middle setting. However, the breakfast was good, though I would suggest adding a waffle maker and an option for tea.

Shower part of bathtub did not cycle water to shower head
