  I liked the space and the cleanliness of the room. I liked the fact that there was only 1 television which made the family night even better by watching movies that we all enjoy.

  We liked that it was very spacious and clean and had a lot of supplies needed for a home-like stay. It was close to everything on the boardwalk. It was a great value. Also, the check in process was very easy and a representative was always available to discuss any issues.

  The elevators were very difficult to use. The front desk at the Showboat really did not want much to do with us. Needed more towels and shampoo and conditioner and there’s no one there to take care of anyone in the cozy suites. I think you need a desk there

  I just want to said that on the add the condo looks good but when you get there is not especially for the price they even ask me if I have some bad reviews to talk with them on the phone instead post the review but my experience I don’t want someone else to go through the same thing also the parking lot it says is 20 x day and they charge me 25 because of weekend plus they open my car on the parking lot search everything and took some money and electronics sorry to said this but I will never book with cozy suites again

  Clean, modern, and spacious. We had an end unit and it was very quiet for the most part. Great location with resort right on the boardwalk. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry room was clean with newish machines. Staff was friendly and game area fun for kids. Felt very safe in the resort.
