This four-star hotel sits right on Washington Boulevard, and I mean this in the best way — Jersey City has seriously come into its own over the past few years. You’re basically across the Hudson from Manhattan, which means incredible skyline views without the Manhattan price tag for everything. The waterfront is a short walk away, and there’s actually a decent food scene developing in the area. Plus, getting into the city is pretty straightforward with the PATH train nearby, though honestly, you might find yourself wanting to stay put and explore Jersey City instead.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was one of their suites, and it felt genuinely spacious — not that fake “suite” thing where they just put a couch in the corner. The separate living area actually made sense, especially if you’re traveling for business or need space to spread out. The bed was ridiculously comfortable (apparently other guests agree because the hotel gets consistently high marks for sleep quality), and the bathroom had that satisfying hotel-grade water pressure. The views vary depending on which side you’re on, but even the city-facing rooms have character.

Dining & Amenities

Breakfast here is solid — they do both American classics and a buffet setup that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. The restaurant on-site serves decent food, though I’d honestly recommend venturing out to try some of the local spots if you have time. Parking is available right at the hotel, which is actually a bigger deal than you might think in this area. The fitness center is well-equipped, and there’s a business center that’s actually useful if you need to print boarding passes or handle work stuff.

  For a small extra fee per night we had a 12th floor room with a superb view over NYC!
  We 2 PATH stations in a 5 minute walk it is easy to get into the City.
  Nice to have free coffee in the morning at the restaurant. On site parking with unlimited in/out.

  The room was big and confortable. The hotel was very close to grocery stores and most importantly to the Path station!!! A big mall is just a few minutes away on foot with many options of shopping and restaurants.

  We stayed in a riverview room with a great view outside the window! The room was quite spacious, with a partition separating the living room from the bedroom, which I really liked. The hotel is very close to the PATH station, just an 8-minute walk. It's very convenient for getting around.
