  The view. The staff was friendly and food ordered was delicious and fresh.

  The staff were all very friendly and very helpful including staff members in their lounge / restaurant. Food at the lounge was quite delicious. Our room was spacious and very clean. Beds were firm but comfortable. With all that being said the view of NYC from our room was simply beautiful!
