Staying here means you’re waking up in one of New York’s most photogenic neighborhoods. The cast-iron architecture, the art galleries tucked into converted warehouses, the way the light hits those fire escapes in the morning — it’s all right there.   Beautiful, spacious property. Great location close to subways, great shopping, great food, Tribeca, Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 memorial and West Village.

  the location of this apartment is unbeatable at the edge of soho and tribeca and close to chinatown and little italy even walkable to west village. it was like a speakeasy and unassuming in the entrance abd the rooms are surrpising and large for NYC. the specialty supermarket Happier down the street was spectacular as was Lucia pizzeria close by.

  Very spacious, clean and absolutely Gourgeous flat. Bedrooms are big and so are the bathrooms, equipped with blow dryers and plenty of towels and pillows.

  Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay in this Brownstone BUT I wanted to share my experience with the Hosts. They had the building shut down due to leaking that went into the apartment we had booked in New York the day before. We were coming from New Zealand and the Host put us up in another accommodation and paid for the difference! Sounds too good to be true, but I can confirm this did happen to us!! We were put up in an amazing property (well outside of our budget) and were communicated with the entire stay in New York. We don’t know if this is the norm, but for anybody that books with David and Maria you can guarantee that you will be treated with respect and care.

  Great location! Free Parking close by on the weekends. Apartment was beautiful,clean, air conditioned and had every essential needed plus the little extras. Perfect amount of space for a family of five. The host was friendly, kind, attentive, Informative and made sure we were comfortable from the time we booked until the moment we checked out.
