  Perfect location, just two minutes walk from Times Square and 20m from the subway station to get to the airport and the main attractions. Breakfast, both sweet and savoury, not too much choice but good. Not much space in the breakfast room, but you can always find room on the sofas. Rooms not very large but adequate and with cooking facilities. Very friendly staff. Cleanliness excellent. Definitely my place to stay if I ever get back to New York!

  All the staff were extremely helpful. But I'd like to mention 2. We arrived in the evening after a long, tiring day. Chantelle was so welcoming to us all, explained the layout and facilities.
  Micheal was also very helpful in suggesting the best routes to take and answering general questions.
  The complementary breakfast was plentiful with a good selection to choose from. The waffles and pan cakes were delicious. Thank you 😊
