  Great Location – just 1 minute away from the subway. The room was very quiet, despite being in the heart of Manhattan. The breakfast was alright – nothing super fancy, but was there was enough choice. The hotel staff was very friendly.

  The location was fantastic, very well located. Just one corner from Times Square, but not noisy. The theatre district is super close. The coffee was served all the day. Friendly staff.

  The location, cleaning and stuff of hotel are amazing. I really enjoyed my staying at TownePlace suites. Michael who work in the reception is very nice and Roziana, the woman who prepare the breakfast is very nice and kind.

  Perfect location, just two minutes walk from Times Square and 20m from the subway station to get to the airport and the main attractions. Breakfast, both sweet and savoury, not too much choice but good. Not much space in the breakfast room, but you can always find room on the sofas. Rooms not very large but adequate and with cooking facilities. Very friendly staff. Cleanliness excellent. Definitely my place to stay if I ever get back to New York!

  All the staff were extremely helpful. But I’d like to mention 2. We arrived in the evening after a long, tiring day. Chantelle was so welcoming to us all, explained the layout and facilities. Micheal was also very helpful in suggesting the best routes to take and answering general questions. The complementary breakfast was plentiful with a good selection to choose from. The waffles and pan cakes were delicious. Thank you 😊
