Those details matter when you’re trying to get work done or just want to collapse after walking fifteen miles around the city. It’s the kind of place where you’d bring your parents when they visit, or where you’d stay for a work trip without feeling like you’re either slumming it or blowing the entire budget on location alone.

  Our stay at the hotel was lovely. Front desk staff were so warm and very helpful. A misunderstanding resulted in our booking being cancelled without our knowledge. But when we arrived the situation was handled with kindness and grace. We were quickly given an upgrade to a King room, offered a complementary bottle of wine. The room itself was spacious, well appointed, and the bed very comfortable. And the location is just great.
