  New York was the final destination in our road trip and what an experience it was. The checkin process was great thanks to Queen Rosa (We love you Rosa 🙂 ), the rooms were nice, tidy and exactly what you need in new york. The breakfast was very rich, fresh and superb, though you may want to come early in the morning to get a seat fast… The location… Wow – such a great location. 7 minutes walk from times square and you’re in the center of the best city in the world. We highly recommend this hotel and a special thanks to Fransisco who helped with everything.

  I truly appreciated the warm, welcoming demeanor of the staff at the Hyatt Place NYC – Times Square. From the moment I stepped in, everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. It set a wonderfully positive tone for my stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was absolutely fantastic. There was a wide selection of hot and cold items—perfectly cooked eggs, savory sausage, fluffy waffles and pancakes, fresh fruit, and more—making it not only convenient but also surprisingly indulgent. It was a great start to my day and demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to ensuring guests feel taken care of from morning to night.
